Participant Entry
A Better Each Pitch participant is considered entered once both the registration and payment have been received. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided for both the completed registration and the completed payment. Check your spam/junk email folders for the emails if you do not receive these emails within the day. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation for registration or payment.

Registration & Payment
When you enroll, you are reserving space, time, and personnel whether or not the participant uses the service. In order to cancel your reservation, Better Each Pitch will use the following refund guidelines.
  • If the service was purchased accidentally, the participant may accept 100% credit toward another service.
  • Refunds and credit will not be awarded once a service has been emailed by Better Each Pitch or within 24 hours of a scheduled Zoom call.
  • There are no refunds available for a service that has been started or a missed Zoom call.
  • Credit may not be exchanged for any monetary value.
  • Coaching staff may be subject to change based on sickness or sudden unavailability. 100% Credit will be issued for a service where rescheduling is required by the coaching staff.
  • Better Each Pitch reserves the right to make exceptions to the refund policy on a case by case basis.
Weather Impact
Due to the online nature of these services, it is the responsibility of the participant to complete any program or service purchased in a safe environment. Better Each Pitch is not responsible for any weather related issues.

Statements
  • Better Each Pitch does not guarantee a specific level of skill improvement for participants.
  • Better Each Pitch does not operate or represent recruiting services or any claims made by such groups or individuals.
  • Better Each Pitch is not responsible for personal property damaged, lost, or stolen during any service.
  • Better Each Pitch is not responsible for injury, illness, or death of participants, staff, coaches, or spectators.

Rescheduling
  • Due to the sporadic nature of our coaches daily jobs, our coaches reserve the right to reschedule with the participant at any time. In the event this occurs, the participant and coach will agree to a time and date to complete the purchased service. If an agreement cannot be agreed to, Better Each Pitch will decide to grant credit, refund or to reschedule.
  • If the participant needs to reschedule, simply contact Better Each Pitch or your coach and date will be rescheduled. If an agreement cannot be agreed to Better Each Pitch will decide to grant credit, refund, reschedule, or deny a refund or credit.

Video and Data Release
The Participant will allow Better Each Pitch and its coaches to open, view and use any and all video and data submitted to Better Each Pitch and its coaches. Participant further grants full permission without compensation to BETTER EACH PITCH and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, video, data or other record of the service for commercial purposes including press, online media and other publications.

Agreement
Better Each Pitch agrees to provide a format as outlined on our website. Better Each Pitch is made up of professional players that will provide a service, absent an emergency, illness, or unexpected scheduling change. Better Each Pitch will attempt to fill any coaching vacancy with a similar-level coach as a replacement.
By registering and submitting payment to Better Each Pitch, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, including an understanding and agreement to the refund policies and claims set forth on this page.


I/we do hereby release, absolve, indemnify, and otherwise hold blameless BETTER EACH PITCH, or its employees, the coaches, organizers, sponsors, and directors of any damages, demand's or actions whatsoever, which may arise out of the participation in this BETTER EACH PITCH service. The participant should not participate unless they are medically and physically able to do so and it is their sole responsibility to determine if they are medically and physically able to participate in the service. The participant understands the nature of the service and ASSUMES ALL RISKS associated with the voluntary participation in this service including, but not limited to, injury during and after participation, contact with or use of objects and the effects of the weather, including extreme temperatures and precipitation. Knowing these facts, I, for myself, for the participant, their heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else who might make a claim on our behalf, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, WAIVE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST, AND FULLY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE BETTER EACH PITCH, or its employees, the coaches, organizers, sponsors, and directors, for ANY AND ALL claims or liability, whether foreseen or unforeseen, for death, personal injury (whether permanent or temporary), or property damage arising out of, or in the course of, participation in this service.

By my purchase of a service, I/we certify: that I/we have carefully read all of the provisions of this document; that I/we fully understand their significance; that I/we am voluntarily accepting this release; and, that I/we intend to be fully bound by its express terms.
